My approach to wellness is to look at all aspects of your life and help you bring them back into balance. No two people are the same so I offer one on one sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and resources. By approaching the body as a whole you will find you will sleep better, focus more effectively, have more energy and be a happier stronger person.
